DGPT and UDisc Continue Partnership

Jeffersonville, VT – December 18, 2020: The Disc Golf Pro Tour and UDisc have had a long and successful partnership dating back to the DGPT’s 2016 inaugural season with the launch of UDisc Live. That partnership continues in 2021 as the DGPT has once again contracted UDisc to cover all 19 DGPT events (13 Elite Series & 6 Silver Series) this upcoming season.

UDisc has continued to develop and grow its live scoring product. These developments included the creation of stat categories and terminology that have now become cemented in disc golf language and culture, such as Circle 1 & 2. The development of both brands and businesses have benefited from the relationship over the previous five seasons.

DGPT Director & DGPT CEO Jeff Spring sees the partnership as critical for the Tour. “The team at UDisc feels like part of the DGPT family, and their work is crucial in delivering an excellent fan experience both on-site and online at Disc Golf Pro Tour events. We look forward to the progression of this partnership and the continued innovation that this collaboration delivers,” said Spring. UDisc Live will be available at all of the DGPT stops including, the 12 Elite Series events, 6 Silver Series events, and the Tour Championship. UDisc will provide live scoring, statistics, standings and will be used to enhance the live broadcasts.

The 2021 season of the Disc Golf Pro Tour begins with the Las Vegas Challenge on February 25. Fans can follow live scoring at or via the UDisc mobile application.
