Q: Is there an expanded broadcast for Worlds this year?

A: Yes! The Disc Golf Network team will be producing an expanded broadcast in the form of a feature hole stream that will cover all but the top few cards for each division. Top card coverage (the top 2-3 cards) will be exclusively available on the main Disc Golf Network broadcast. Once the 3rd or 4th card makes it to hole 18, you can hop over to the main broadcast to catch the leaders playing final few holes. Subscribe today to catch all the action!

During the main broadcast timeframe for each round, the feature hole stream will have commentary and cut between multiple cameras. Between the end of the FPO broadcast and the start of the MPO broadcast, the feature hole stream will remain active, but will simply feature a four box view of stationary cameras until the chase card tees off; then it’s back to the action!

This second screen experience will be streamed concurrently with the Disc Golf Network’s main broadcast and will feature full field coverage of the following holes:

Course Holes Included In Feature Hole Broadcast
Brewster Ridge Holes 1, 16, & 18
Fox Run Meadows  Holes 10, 16, 17 & 18

This feature hole broadcast will include commentary by Esa Pekka (Euro Tour Commentator) and PDGA’s Grant Zellner. You can tune in on Disc Golf Network or the DGPT’s YouTube channel starting on Wednesday, August 30 and watch all week long.
