Disc Golf Network Broadcasting All Three Rounds LIVE!

Ohn Scoggins at the 2022 DGPT Championship. Scoggins will appear on the round one FPO feature card on Friday at North Cove.

This past weekend Simon Lizotte upset Chris Dickerson’s opportunity to win a fifth Music City Open with a win from the chase card. His final round was epic with a grand total of 12 birdies and only one bogey.

In the FPO division, Kristin Tattar won her first Music City Open with a score of -7! With a safe approach to the first two rounds, she came back in the final round with an astounding eight birdies.

The Blue Ridge Championship at North Cove in Marion, NC is taking place this week from April 14th – 16th. New to the Disc Golf Pro Tour, this Silver event will be a thrilling tournament for disc golf enthusiasts and casual spectators alike. The course is challenging, with a mix of wide open bomber holes and tight fairways with tricky obstacles that will test the pro’s ability to shape their shots.

The tournament will be held in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina and will feature some of the top players in the world competing for a sizable prize pool and bragging rights to be the first ever winner of a DGPT event at the well loved North Cove. With Grandfather Mountain in the background of this stunning course, this tournament is a can’t-miss. There are even views of the Catawba River from the course, and cool rock features around the baskets and all along the course. Grab tickets to watch this tournament in person now!

Calvin Heimburg at the 2023 Innova Open at Texas States. Heimburg, who hasn’t missed the podium so far in 2023, will look to capture another DGPT win this weekend.
