Pro Tour Power Rankings: April 12th Update

By Todd Kepler

Pro Tour Power Rankings calculated by DG Stats .
The Texas Women’s Championship catered 4 DGPT qualified players (910+) which resulted in another Paige Pierce #29190win, giving her 3 win points towards her Power Ranking.  This victory brought her Power Ranking Win Percent up to 90.1% from 89.8%.  Paige’s lowest rated event is currently the 2015 European Open where she finished 4th out of 5 players and is only trailing Catrina Allen #44184 by 1.8% so the Nick Hyde Memorial is sure to be a showdown!

Sarah Hokom #34563 came in 2nd place earning 2 win points towards her total.   Sarah’s Power Ranking Win Percent only adjusted a fraction of a % with this ranked event.  Sarah’s lowest rated event is currently the 2015 St. Jude Invitational where she only earned 33% of the possible points.  With Sarah’s off season dedication and tied for the most qualified DGPT events at 18 with Paige Pierce, her hard work is sure to pay dividends this season.  She is looking to move up from 6th, only trailing Jessica Weese #50656 by 2.2%.

Look for Paige and Sarah to be showcased in several of the upcoming Power Ranked events.

Lisa Fajkus #32654 was the last to earn points coming in 3rd.  Lisa’s last Power Ranked event was the 2015 Disc Golf World Championships where she finished 12th of 19 ranked players.  Lisa is scheduled to play in the Nick Hyde Memorial , Glass Blown Open and the 34th Kansas City Wide Open ; all Power Ranked events so look for Lisa to drive her way into the rankings very soon.

This event was Stephanie Vincent’s #29947 first qualified DPGT event and we welcome her to the ranking pool!  This finish does not award Stephanie with any win points, but counts towards the qualified events needed to be in the Power Ranking Top 20.  Stephanie is scheduled to play in the Nick Hyde Memorial and the 34th Kansas City Wide Open ; both DGPT Ranked events.  She will only need to compete in 1 more Power Ranked event in the next 12 months to stake her claim in the top 20.

The men had the week off for Power Ranking updates, but wait for next week as the 2015 Memorial drops from the rankings.
